The penis fat transfer, also known as fat transfer phalloplasty, involves the removal of fat from one area of the body, typically the abdomen, and transferring it to the shaft of the penis to enhance its girth, usually by about 30-40%. By using the patient's own fat, the risk of allergic reactions associated with synthetic fillers and implants is eliminated. This procedure aims to provide a natural enhancement and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
The Penuma® silicone implant is designed to increase penis girth by 1-2 inches (2.5-5 cm) and may also lead to unpredictable changes in flaccid and erect length. This implant is made of medical-grade silicone, similar to materials used in other cosmetic procedures such as chin implants. Inserted through an incision in the scrotum, the implant is positioned behind the penis head to accommodate erections. A drain may be used temporarily to remove excess fluids post-surgery, and removal of the implant is also an option if desired.

Patients typically stay in the hospital overnight. After discharge, recovery continues at the hotel, with post-op appointments as advised.
